Barrios Technology of Houston said July 14 it had been selected by Boeing Defense, Space and Security to support the international space station (ISS), space shuttle and other NASA programs under the Boeing Engineering and Technical Services Support Contract.
The contract value was not disclosed, but Barrios said in a press release that it does not intend to hire new personnel to support the work, which will focus on software development. Barrios has been a Boeing subcontractor since 2002.
