UrtheCast Corp. (TSX: UR) (“UrtheCast” or the “Company”) announced today that it has filed a management information circular (the “Circular”) for its annual and special shareholder meeting (the “Meeting”) scheduled for 10:30 a.m. (Vancouver time) on June 25, 2018 at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver at 300-999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC. The purpose of the Meeting is, among other things, to elect directors to the board of directors of UrtheCast (the “Board”). The Company also announced that Tye Burt resigned as Chair of the Board and a director of UrtheCast effective as of May 30, 2018 and will not be continuing until June 25, 2018, as announced on May 30, 2018. The Board has appointed Adam M. Vore as Interim Chair until the Meeting after which point the reconstituted Board will appoint a Chair.
