From October 19 to 21, in Montreal, Toronto, Waterloo, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Edmonton about 650 Canadians will have 48 hours to tackle the challenges of Space Apps Challenge 2018 with the support of experts from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA). During NASA’s international hackathon, participants around the world must use space data to develop applications that meet needs here on Earth.

Following the success of its first participation in the Space Apps Challenge last year, the CSA is facilitating access to Canadian space data, like data from RADARSAT-2, SCISAT, THEMIS and is presenting six Canadian challenges this year.
