McLean, Va.-based Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) said Feb. 22 it was awarded an eight-month, $36 million contract extension by NASA for the United NASA Information Technology Services contract.
If all options are exercised, the extension would be worth $62 million and would keep SAIC providing IT services to all 10 NASA field centers, the agency’s headquarters in Washington and other facilities through March 2012.
