NASA said Feb. 27 that it will extend an aircraft maintenance contract with Fort Worth, Texas-based Computer Sciences Corp. by three to nine months. The extension is worth $46.6 million, including two three-month options.

Computer Sciences Corp. has been supporting NASA training and research aircraft since September 2009 under a contract originally worth $162.1 million. The contracted work will be performed at four locations: NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Houston; Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, Calif.; Langley Research Center, Hampton, Va.; and NASA facilities in El Paso, Texas.
