MEI Technologies of Houston won a sole-source contract from NASA worth up to $99 million to provide electrical systems engineering services to the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., NASA announced July 31.
The interim contract is a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that runs 18 months. NASA intends to use the contract to provide critical support to a range of missions and projects, including the James Webb Space Telescope, Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites, Landsat Data Continuity Mission, Magnetospheric Multi-Scale Satellite and Global Precipitation Measurement mission.
