Boeing Defense, Space & Security of St. Louis has opened a new intelligence and data collaboration center in Northern Virginia to develop cross-domain solutions to sophisticated national security problems, the company announced Aug. 30.

The $1.5 million facility will enable Boeing, its government customers and its industry and academic partners to come together to brainstorm, test and field technologies intended to prevent terrorist attacks. One of the center’s priorities will be developing solutions related to the protection of data networks, the press release said.
