UrtheCast Corp. (TSX:UR) (“UrtheCast” or the “Company”) has moved the date of its first Capital Markets Day from Thursday, March 10, to Wednesday, March 30, between 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm. This will now follow the release of the Company’s full fiscal 2015 financial results, which will occur pre-market on the same day. In lieu of holding a conference call following release of our financial results, a discussion will take place at this Capital Markets Day. As previously announced, the event will be held at the TMX Broadcast Centre Gallery.
This event is expected to provide in-depth reviews of the Company’s strategy, its key technologies, the competitive and industry landscapes, and the expected future market opportunities. In addition to presentations from the executive, engineering, web and finance teams, participants can benefit from direct and informal access to the Company’s management throughout the event.
“UrtheCast has quickly emerged as a strong competitor in the Earth Observation industry and is well positioned to benefit from accelerating change in this industry and the future growth opportunities that it presents,” explained Wade Larson, CEO and Co-founder. “We have moved from being a start-up to being fully operational, driving rapidly towards profitable growth. We feel strongly that we have the people, the technologies and the financial resources to exploit the large and growing opportunities ahead. We very much look forward to sharing our vision and ambitions with the investor marketplace during this unique event.”
Live web stream details will be made available on the Company’s website (https://www.urthecast.com/), and a recorded version will be archived on the site following the event.
