WASHINGTON — SpaceX is facing another lawsuit from a former employee. In the lawsuit filed in a California court, a former clerical employee said he was not adequately paid for normal and overtime work, or given appropriate breaks. The lawsuit seeks class action status, claiming at least 100 current or former employees qualify.

SpaceX was sued last year by employees who said they did not receive proper notices of layoffs or also did not get breaks as required by state law.
