You are invited …
to attend the Responsive Access to Space Technology Exchange (RASTE) 2006, sponsored by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and organized by the AFRL Operationally Responsive Space (ORS) Access Technologies Office. The RASTE 2006 is designed to be the premier forum to meet the challenges of Affordable and Responsive Space Access through technology exchange and collaboration. This will be achieved by bringing together the space access system integrators and sub-system providers to share, exchange and transition the technologies into the next generation space launch vehicles. The RASTE 2006 seeks to accelerate the development of the emerging commercial space launch industry by establishing and continuing an exchange and collaboration between engineers, developers, planners, and managers in the community.
RASTE Forum Format
The RASTE 2006 will commence with a General Session open to all attendees in the morning of the first day, followed in the afternoon with concurrent open sessions and closed-door industry sessions. The second day will continue with concurrent open and closed-door industry sessions. Six major technical topics will be discussed in the open sessions. Attendees can also sign up to attend the closed-door industry sessions on proprietary technical information. These sessions will give developers the opportunity to present their technologies to an audience while protecting their innovation. Attendees may be asked by the presenters at the closed-door sessions to sign non-disclosure statements in order to attend.
