Press-conference with Russian cosmonauts Valery Korzun and Sergey
Treshchev – crew members of the fifth main expedition on the International
Space Station (ISS-5) took place in the House of Cosmonauts.
The expedition was successfully completed on December 7, 2002. The crew was
returned by US space shuttle Endeavor.
Valery Korzun, crew leader, instructor and test-cosmonaut from Yu.A. Gagarin
RGNII TSPK, and Sergey Treshchev, onboard engineer, test-cosmonaut from S.P.
Korolev RSC Energia, answered the questions of journalists telling of a
completion of the flight program and pointing out professionalism of the
third crew member – Peggy Whitson (US astronaut, onboard engineer, NASA) who
is currently in USA.
