Boeing and NASA officials have
delayed the launch of NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover-A spacecraft aboard a
Boeing Delta II rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla.
The cause of the delay was concern over thunderstorms and winds related to
the thunderstorms in the Cape area.
The launch team will make another attempt Monday, June 9, at an
instantaneous launch window of 2:02:23 p.m. EDT.
