On 3 May 2022 the IAF Pubic Speaking and Presentation Skills Lab, in cooperation with the IAF Workforce Development and Young Professionals Programme Committee, will present a one-hour webinar to assist you in preparing and delivering your Interactive Presentation at the upcoming IAC in Paris in September.
Here is the direct link to the webinar: https://youtu.be/s6WHnr9X5AE
This webinar, presented by Scott Madry, Carol Carnett, and Isak Haglund Pedolsky, and moderated by Patrick Hambloch, will walk you through the process for preparing, uploading, and presenting your Interactive Presentation at the upcoming IAC. The presentation will include important information regarding what the interactive format is and how it is different from a traditional oral presentation; how the sessions are structured; as well as deadlines, process, and format of the presentations. It will provide practical tips on how to upload your presentation and how to prepare your optional lightning talk. The program will end with a summary of the timeline and actions and how to find assistance. There will be ample time left for questions at the end of the presentation. There will be a competition for best Interactive Presentations, so if you were one of the 778 whose interactive paper was accepted this year, you should attend this webinar to help you successfully navigate the process.
We look forward to seeing there in Paris!
