SPACE Canada makes its debut at the Ontario Science Centre and unveils plans for the first International Symposium on Solar Energy from Space
April is Environment Month at the Ontario Science Centre. As part of its celebrations the Centre will host the Official Launch of SPACE Canada
www.spacecanada.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting international dialogue on solar energy from space as a clean and safe alternative to the burning of fossil fuels.
SPACE Canada along with the International Academy of Astronautics will host the first International Symposium on Solar Energy from Space at the Ontario Science Centre in September 2009.
Tuesday’s event will include the public release of the five-minute video, “From the Sun to the Earth” directed and narrated by Bob McDonald who will serve as MC of the International Symposium.
