In accordance with the agreement to fly an ESA astronaut, an Italian citizen Roberto Vittori, to the Russian Segment of the International Space Station (Project Marco Polo), signed January 31 of this year between Rosaviacosmos, S.P.Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia, ESA and Italian Space Agency (Agencia Spatiale Italiano, ASI), a meeting was held between the Corporation management and a group of Italian journalists and ASI public relations representatives.

RSC Energia First Vice President, First Deputy Designer General N.I.Zelenschikov spoke about the Corporation history, major areas of its activities, including activities under the ISS project, summarized the results of joint Russian/Italian work in space. He then answered questions from Italian journalists. Some representatives of the Russian media took part in the meeting. The guests also visited the Corporation museum.
