St. Louis-based Boeing Defense, Space & Security completed its roughly $700 million acquisition of Argon ST, a Fairfax, Va.-based developer of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems Aug. 5, just five weeks after the deal was announced.

Argon ST, which has approximately 1,000 employees and generated $336 million in revenue in 2009, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing and a new division of Boeing Network & Space Systems.
