The board of directors of GomSpace Group AB (publ) (”GomSpace” or the ”Company”) has today published a prospectus in connection with the new share issue with preferential rights for the Company’s shareholders of up to approximately SEK 298 million (the ”Rights Issue”), announced by the Company through press release on 12 November 2018.
Prospectus approval and publication
The prospectus regarding the Rights Issue has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) (the ”SFSA”) and is now available on the Company’s website (www.gomspace.com) and on Danske Bank’s website (www.danskebank.se/prospekt). The prospectus will also be available on the SFSA’s website (www.fi.se).
Indicative timetable for the Rights Issue
19 november 2018 – Record date. Shareholders who were registered in the Company’s share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB on this day will be assigned subscription rights carrying the right to participate in the Rights Issue with preferential right.
21 November – 3 December 2018 – Trading in subscription rights.
21 November – 5 December 2018 – Subscription period.
Around 11 December 2018 – The outcome of the Rights Issue is announced.
Around 20 December 2018 – The Rights Issue is completed and registered.
