COM DEV International Ltd.
today announced that it has received an order for the supply of the Company’s
core Switch, RF Components, and Multiplexer products valued at $4.1 million US
($5.1 million CDN). The customer name cannot be released due to contractual
restrictions, however, the work will be completed at the Company’s facility in
Cambridge, and is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of the
Company’s fiscal 2006 year.

Commenting on this award, COM DEV’s CEO, John Keating said, “Delivery
intervals on new awards continue to be compressed, and this award is no
