NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., held a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 17 for the first new large office building built there in 35 years.

The Langley Headquarters Building is a $26 million, 6,700 square-meter office facility that will hold approximately 240 employees from six different Langley staffs.

The headquarters building is the first building to be completed as part of an ongoing, multiyear improvement and revitalization project.
