Wyle is part of a team that has been awarded a five-year contract valued at $251 million to provide information technology and multimedia services at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston and other NASA facilities.
Wyle will support DB Consulting Group, Inc. on the Information Technology and Multimedia Services contract to provide information technology services, information management, multimedia services and external relations to the Johnson Space Center, and associated sites and facilities including the White Sands Test Facility in Las Cruces, N.M. and Sonny Carter Training Facility at Ellington Field in Houston.
Wyle’s role on the contract is to provide multimedia products and services to support the Johnson Space Center in meeting institutional and program requirements, such as engineering analysis, mission operations and public affairs activities. Multimedia products and services are distributed through the Johnson Space Center audio, video and telecommunication networks; NASA Television; the Johnson Space Center and NASA computer intranet; and the internet.
Other subcontractors include MEI Technologies, Booz Allen and JES Tech. Wyle’s effort will be handled through its Houston-based Integrated Sciences and Engineering Group.

The company also provides test and evaluation of aircraft, weapon systems, networks, and other government assets; and other engineering services to the aerospace, defense, and nuclear power industries.
