WHO/WHAT: Zero Gravity Corporation, the provider of weightless flight experiences for the general public, will host renowned British cosmologist and best-selling author, Professor Stephen Hawking, aboard a historic zero-gravity flight.
WHEN/WHERE: Thursday, April 26, 2007 Kennedy Space Center
9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Press Check-In/Security Screening – Astronaut Hall of Fame All press are required to go through security screening. This is the only time security screening is being scheduled. Media that do not go through the security screening process by 10:45 a.m. will not be granted access to the rest of the day’s events. The bus will leave at precisely 10:45 a.m., NO EXCEPTIONS.

2:30 p.m. Flight – Shuttle Landing Facility (photos/video permissible of take-off)
5:00 p.m. Post-Flight Briefing/Remarks – Shuttle Landing Viewing Area
EDITOR’S NOTE: Current photo identification will be required during the security screening process.
Parking will be available at the Astronaut Hall of Fame.
Transportation for all press will be provided between the Astronaut Hall of Fame, Shuttle Landing Viewing Area and Shuttle Landing Facility.
