Tinevimbo Ndlovu is a junior at Saint Louis University, where she is studying Aerospace Engineering at the University’s Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology. She has received a number of distinctions, honors and awards throughout her early educational career. She is a member of the Parks Aerodesign club, a recruiter for the Parks AIAA organization, and the manager for the student call center at her university.
As an early undergraduate, Tinevimbo worked as a Research Assistant during the spring semester of 2019, where she collected basic census data on CubeSats starting from the year 2000. Tinevimbo’s hard work and dedication towards her academic career has taught her the importance of teamwork, as well as provided her with hands-on experience within the classroom.
Tinevimbo hopes that the exposure and opportunities offered through Women in Aerospace Foundation, will assist in paving the way for her to be at the forefront of innovation and technological advancements in the industry. For Tinevimbo, it is not only important for her to complete this goal in the United States, but also in her home country of Zimbabwe.
