‘WINGS IN SPACE: 20 YEARS OF SPACE SHUTTLE ACHIEVEMENT’

Great Hall (between east and west lobbies). The Space Flight
Awareness Program in the Office of Space Flight and the Printing
and Design Office are proud to present a new exhibit honoring the
first orbital flight of the Space Shuttle 20 years ago. The more
than 90 photographs, many of which have never been exhibited
before, cover Shuttle development, ground support, on-orbit
activities, astronaut training, and the breath-taking beauty of
space captured during missions.
