HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. – Spaces are filling fast for the spring 2003 Astro
Camp Saturday
session April 12 at StenniSphere, the award-winning visitor center at
Stennis Space Center,
America’s largest rocket test complex. Astro Camp Saturday is a series of
one-day camps for future
rocket scientists ages 9-12.

The camps are held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. one Saturday each month during the
school year.
The upcoming session will show campers how the Space Shuttle is flown using
a shuttle cockpit
virtual simulator. Campers will also enjoy interactive exhibits in the
museum.
The cost is $50, which includes lunch and all supplies. Lunch is provided by
the 1960s-style
diner, the RocKeTeria.
