NASA’s Space Shuttle Endeavour with the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission on board lifted off
beautifully from Cape Canaveral, Florida’s launch pad 39A, February 11, 2000 at 9:43 AM PST.
Tuesday, February 15, 2000 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon, PST, educators, students, and the general
public will be able to interact live with members of the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM)
team during the second of three scheduled SRTM webcasts. The live internet event brought to you by
SRTM Outreach, NASA Quest, LiveontheNet.com, and JPL’s Design Hub, include webchats and
webcasts. Panelists scheduled for Tuesday’s event include team members, Ronald Blom, Jim Garvin,
Sharon Okonek, Coralyn Hill, Paul Rosen, Marcus Bursik, and Eric Fielding.
