announced that it has rescheduled the date for its release of the Company’s
second quarter fiscal year 2004 financial results to Monday, February 9, 2004
before market open. SPACEHAB announced earlier today that the Company
completed the refinancing of its Spacecraft Processing Facility in Titusville,
Florida.

SPACEHAB will host a conference call on February 9, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.
Central time following the earnings release. During the call, management will
discuss the Company’s second quarter financial results as well as other recent
