SPACEHAB, Inc.’s Board of Directors has elected
David A. Rossi, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors
created by the death of Chester M. “Chet” Lee.

In addition to filling a seat on the Board, Lee served as Chairman of the Company’s Astrotech unit and Special Advisor to SPACEHAB Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer Dr. Shelley A. Harrison. Lee passed away February 23 due to complications following heart surgery.

The Board also has approved the appointment of Julia A. Pulzone as SPACEHAB’s Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, to fill a
vacancy created by the resignation of Mark A. Kissman in February.

unmanned payloads. SPACEHAB is the first company to commercially develop, own and operate habitable modules that provide laboratory facilities and
