SpaceDev, Inc. will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. PDT. The meeting will take place at SpaceDev’s corporate headquarters located at 13855 Stowe Drive, Poway, CA 92064.
All stockholders of the company are cordially invited to attend. Stockholders of record as of June 19, 2006 were sent a proxy statement on or about July 14, 2006 setting forth the matters to be voted upon.
