SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK #00- 18
2000 April 25 at 11:13 a.m. MDT (2000 April 25 1713 UT)

**** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****

Summary For April 17-23
Space weather was relatively calm. No storms were detected.

Outlook For April 26-May 2
There will be a fair chance for an isolated R1 (minor) radio blackout
sometime during the period. Should an R1 radio blackout occur, expect
the following effects on the sunlit side of Earth: minor degradation of
high-frequency communication signals resulting in occasional loss of
radio contact for mariners and en route aviators, and minor degradation
of low-frequency navigation signals for brief intervals affecting
maritime and general aviation positioning. No solar radiation storms
are expected. No geomagnetic storms are expected, barring an
Earth-directed coronal mass ejection (CME).
