Space Imaging, the world leader in
providing Earth imagery and related services to commercial and government
markets, announced today the opening of a regional services office in
Orlando, Fla.
The office is located at 3361 Rouse Road, near the
University of Central Florida and the National Center for Simulation.
Space Imaging creates mapping products from a variety of satellite and
aerial platforms and has also developed an extensive service organization to
provide information services to the commercial remote-sensing market.
The new
Orlando office will offer end-to-end solutions directly to the southeast
region of the United States.
“The Orlando office has a team of five specialists with expertise in
cartography; geographic information systems (GIS); global positioning systems
(GPS); database development, design, and integration; and Web development,”
said Jason Amadori, manager of Southeast Operations.
“We work closely with
customers from all levels of government, transportation officials and natural
resource managers, to identify requirements, provide solutions and ensure
timely delivery of customized information products and services.”
Regional service offices are strategically located throughout major cities
in the U.S. including Emeryville, Sacramento and Vallejo, Calif.; Salt Lake
City, Utah; Portland, Ore.; Ann Arbor, Mich.; and Fort Collins and
Denver, Colo.
