Space Imaging announced today the appointment
of Robert Z. Dalal to the position of vice president and chief financial
officer. Dalal’s appointment is effective immediately.

Dalal will be primarily responsible for the overall management and direction
of Space Imaging’s long-term financial plan including the economic analysis
of business operations and the evaluation of the financial impact on related
initiatives being considered by the company. Dalal has extensive,
diversified experience in all facets of financial management including
commercial and government accounting and contracts.

Before joining Space Imaging, Dalal worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation,
where he held various senior financial management positions. Most recently
he was the vice president and controller of Lockheed Martin Space Systems
Company in Denver.

Dalal holds a master’s of business administration from the University of
Denver.
