In partnership with the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force and the U.S. Space Force, Space Foundation is hosting a webinar titled, “America’s Space Force: Building the Future Today,” featuring Secretary of the Air Force Barbara M. Barrett and Chief of Space Operations Gen. John W. “Jay” Raymond, on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (EST). This exclusive discussion will cover the current state of the Space Force, operational priorities over the next year, and views on a number of pertinent issues.

Raymond are expected to share significant news related to the new U.S. Space Force and to deliver information originally intended to be shared at the postponed 36th Space Symposium, now rescheduled for Oct. 31 – Nov. 2. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.

Questions may be submitted in advance using the hashtag #AskSpaceForce.

In announcing the May 6 program, Space Foundation CEO Tom Zelibor shared, “Hearing firsthand from leaders such as Secretary Barrett and General Raymond about the mission and operational activities that the Space Force will serve is a great opportunity we at the Space Foundation are privileged and humbled to share. As a leading steward of the space community, we welcome and value the opportunity to connect leaders, capabilities, and information together.”
