The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) today announced that RUAG Space has joined SIA.  RUAG Space is a leading supplier of products for the space industry in Europe—with a growing business in the United States. The Company is a partner of choice for manufacturers of satellites and launchers across the globe. RUAG Space USA is headquartered in Huntsville, AL and it manufactures payload fairings and other launcher composites in Decatur, AL, as well as satellite structures in Titusville, FL. Additionally, the company has an engineering office with focus on mechanical products in Denver, CO, and a research and development hub focusing on electronics in Silicon Valley, CA. 

Earlier this year, Mike Morningstar was appointed President and Country Manager of RUAG Space USA.  He is responsible for the operations of all RUAG Space USA sites, and will represent the organization as it expands its U.S. operations.
