Commercial remote sensing firm RapidEye said July 6 that it has signed a contract with German GeoConsultants Group to be its imagery distributor in Libya and Tunisia.
Brandenburg, Germany-based RapidEye operates a constellation of five identical Earth observation satellites that daily collect 4 million square kilometers of 5-meter resolution imagery.
