There will be a press opportunity for Maryland news media to speak with NASA Administrator Michael Griffin on Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) beginning at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
Members of the news media planning to attend should contact Ed Campion in the Goddard public affairs office no later than noon on Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, to arrange accreditation and access to the GSFC facility. Griffin began his duties as the 11th administrator of NASA on April 14, 2005. He has been conducting a series of official visits to each agency field center over the last several months. During the visits, he is touring each facility, addressing employees and meeting with media.
