North American Properties (NAP) has announced that it will be serving as the development partner for Draper’s new, six acre high-tech aerospace and defense campus in Titusville, Florida. In this role, NAP will lead the development, permitting and construction for the state-of-the-art facility, which will house an advanced centrifuge as well as engineering and testing services for the Strategic Enhanced Ground Test Facility. Draper’s recently acquired six-acre parcel is located adjacent to NAP’s high-tech development area within Riverfront Center.

Both locations are ideally suited for technology companies seeking to access the infrastructure, resources and high-tech workforce in Brevard County.
