A new so-called augmented-reality application for the Apple iPhone lets users track thousands of satellites, planets and other objects in the sky.
The application, called Hidden Sky, combines the iPhone’s camera and navigation capabilities with orbit propagation parameters obtained from NORAD to track satellites and other objects as they move across the sky.
Hidden Sky was released May 7 through Apple’s iTunes App Store.
