NASA’s Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, Calif., will
award a contract valued at more than $66 million this month
to Johnson Controls World Services, Inc., Cape Canaveral,
Fla., to provide a wide range of maintenance services.

Under the terms of this firm-fixed price, indefinite
delivery-indefinite quantity, cost-plus incentive fee,
performance-based contract, Johnson Controls World Services,
Inc., will respond to trouble calls, provide preventive
maintenance and conduct routine periodic maintenance. The
company also will provide incidental repair, predictive
testing and inspection of equipment and systems, utility
systems maintenance, maintenance engineering services,
emergency response support, building and structures
maintenance, grounds maintenance and pest control services,
and environmental support services. Work will be performed at
Ames Research Center.

The five-year contract will have a period of performance of a
two-year base period, followed by one-year and two-year
priced options.
