NASA’s Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Cleveland has awarded a contract valued at approximately $205 million to SGT, Inc., of Greenbelt, Md.
Services under the contract will be performed at GRC’S Lewis Field and Plum Brook Station from May 1, 2005, through April 30, 2008. Services include logistics, imaging technology, scientific and technical publishing, library, administrative and clerical support.
The contract has a three-year base period followed by options that may be exercised at NASA’s discretion. The total potential order period is 10 years. Work performed is on a performance-based, cost-plus-award fee/term contract. It has a minimum value of $58,323,034 and a maximum value of $205,078,353. The maximum value would apply if all award-term periods are exercised.
Contract award is anticipated in mid-March 2005 with full contract performance commencing on May 1, 2005.
