NASA Administrator Sean O’Keefe will preview
the agency’s fiscal year (FY) 2004 budget proposal
in a press conference at 3 p.m. EST, Monday, Feb.
3. The press conference will be in the NASA
Headquarters’ main auditorium at 300 E Street SW,
Washington. Media registration is located in the
west lobby starting at 2 p.m. EST. Budget
documents will be available at registration and
after 2 p.m. EST on the Internet at:
http://www.nasa.gov/tba.

The press conference will be carried live on NASA
Television. Reporters will be able to ask
questions during the press conference from
participating NASA centers. NASA TV is broadcast
on GE-2, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85
degrees West longitude. The frequency is 3880.0
MHz. Polarization is vertical and audio is
monaural at 6.8 MHz.

NASA managers will be available for telephone
interviews about the FY 2004 budget request
immediately following the press conference and on
