NASA has postponed the test flight of a Talos-Terrier-Oriole suborbital sounding rocket on September 6 from the agency’s launch range at the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.
During testing today, a problem was discovered in the payload that would have interfered with the transmission of data during flight.
A new launch date has not been determined for this mission.
The next launch currently scheduled from Wallops is a Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket for the Department of Defense between 8 and 10 p.m., Saturday, September 8.
