NASA Marshall Invites Media to Virtual 13th Annual Wernher von Braun Memorial Symposium

NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, invites media to the virtual 13th annual Wernher von Braun Memorial Symposium, Oct. 26-28. The symposium, hosted by the American Astronautical Society, features speakers and panelists from government, industry, and academia.

Interested media must contact the American Astronomical Society to register. 

This year’s symposium theme is “Space Exploration: Turning Visions into Reality.” It will focus on NASA’s Artemis program and Human Landing System, science and human exploration, international commercial space, Moon to Mars space exploration, regulatory and policy reform, space policy, and the future space outlook.

NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine and several other NASA speakers will take part in the virtual symposium. Marshall Director Jody Singer will give welcome remarks on Oct. 26 to kick off the event.
