NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif., will host the 9th Space Science Symposium for Small Business on Monday, June 5, at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, Va.

The symposium will feature senior officials showcasing NASA’s world of space science, Earth and life sciences, microgravity and other science-related programs and initiatives.

Interactive sessions catering to high-tech small businesses will highlight business opportunities on future programs and missions. Both NASA and JPL support high-tech small businesses and seek to expand their pool of potential suppliers for future missions and projects.

Attendees will learn what skills, resources and technologies are needed for NASA’s challenging space science missions, programs and research. Participation is open to industry, academia and small businesses only.

Registration is $100 per attendee. Pre-registration is highly recommended, as space is limited to the first 250 people. Hotel accommodations must be made prior to May 22 to obtain a special rate.
