NASA’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business
Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting the agency’s Ninth Annual
Mentor-Protege Conference in the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel,
Washington, December 1. The conference attracts small,
disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) as well as Fortune 500
companies from across the country.

The Mentor-Protege Program is NASA’s premier technical and
business development initiative designed to provide SDBs with
high-tech subcontracting opportunities for agency contracts.

NASA’s Assistant Administrator for OSDBU, Ralph Thomas III,
will meet with the media at 1 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Dec. 1 in
the hotel’s Sphinx Ballroom. To participate in the conference
