NASA’s Glenn Research Center is hosting its second annual Manufacturing Day event to educate 100 high-school students about manufacturing careers and to encourage an interest in science, technology, engineering and math.

The event will be held on Friday, Nov. 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Glenn, 21000 Brookpark Road.

Students from Beaumont School, Benedictine High School and Max S. Hayes High School (Cleveland); Parma Senior High School, (Parma); and St. Edward High School (Lakewood) will participate in a day-long experience that includes a question-and-answer session with a panel of engineers, facility tours  and hands-on activities.
