NASA Event Looks at Hampton Roads’ Energy Future

Industry leaders will share their outlook on the future of energy for Southeastern Virginia on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. in the Pearl Young Theater at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va.

Leaders from three major regional energy players – Dominion Virginia Power, AGL Resources-Virginia Natural Gas, and Babcock & Wilcox mPower – will give their energy forecast for Hampton Roads.

Among other topics, presenters will discuss Virginia’s offshore wind energy efforts, where the solar market is headed, and the role of nuclear power.
