NASA has awarded a contract to Banner Quality Management, Inc., of Ellicott City, Maryland to provide technical support services for training and development, information dissemination and knowledge sharing, operational support of information technology systems, mishap investigation, data mining analysis and trending and project management at NASA’s Safety Center located at Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.

The NASA Safety Center Technical Services Support-2 contract is a single award that includes a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The contract has a phase-in period beginning Nov. 1, 2016, a base period of two years, beginning Dec. 1, 2016 followed by three one-year options and a potential total value of approximately $24 million.

Significant subcontractors to Banner Quality Management, Inc., are DB Consulting Group, Silver Springs, Maryland and Peerless Technologies Corporation, Fairborn, Ohio.
