HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center has awarded COLSA Corporation of Huntsville, Ala., a contract to provide configuration and data management services at the center.
The contract begins April 2, 2007, with a one-year base period followed by four one-year options that may be exercised at NASA’s discretion. The performance-based, cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract has a minimum order quantity value of $8 million and a maximum order quantity value of $49 million, if all options are exercised.
COLSA will provide configuration management and data management services to support various Marshall directorates, offices, programs and projects. The services apply primarily to Marshall programs and projects developing flight, qualification, and ground support equipment hardware and software. The company will provide the necessary management, personnel, equipment and supplies not otherwise provided by the government to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
