Craig E. Steidle, NASA’s Associate Administrator, Office of Exploration Systems, will tour operational facilities at the Kennedy Space Center May 13 to explore their capabilities for future use in carrying out the Vision for Space Exploration. 

Steidle and KSC Director James W. Kennedy will be available to discuss the Vision for Space Exploration and KSC’s role supporting it from 10:45 – 11:20 a.m. EDT at the KSC News Center auditorium.

The Vision for Space Exploration was unveiled by President George W. Bush on Jan. 14. The Office of Exploration Systems was established the same day to set priorities and direct the identification, development, and validation of exploration systems and related technologies for the Agency.
