NASA selected Praxair, Inc., of Danbury, Conn., and Mims, Fla., to provide liquid oxygen for the agency’s space shuttle program at the Kennedy Space Center, Fla.

The potential five-year fixed price contract has a maximum value of $5,824,720. Praxair will provide all of the necessary management, labor, facilities, tools, equipment and materials to accomplish the manufacturing and delivery of liquid oxygen to Kennedy.
